The NIRI Dallas*Fort Worth Chapter has more than 150 members representing most of the major public companies in the Dallas*Fort Worth area and includes members from surrounding regions and states. The chapter holds regular monthly meetings and specially scheduled educational seminars featuring experts on leading issues affecting publicly traded companies and the investor relations profession.

What is Investor Relations?
Investor relations is a strategic management responsibility that integrates finance, communication, marketing and securities law compliance to enable the most effective two-way communication between a company, the financial community, and other constituencies, which ultimately contributes to a company's securities achieving fair valuation. NIRI National has over 4,300 members in 35 Chapters world-wide.
